Supply Chain Planning Engineer

SENSIA Solutions (2008) is a leading infrared (IR) imaging company that designs, manufactures and sells AI-based cameras for the detection and quantification of gases and flame detection, primarily. Our technology covers industrial, environmental, safety and security applications. We are currently looking for a profile to join our Operations Team.
Your mission
  • Materials Requirement Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive plan aligning material requirements with production schedules.
  • Procurement: Procure materials from suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder supplies to avoid production disruptions.
  • Forecasting: Collaborate with manufacturing to forecast material needs based on production targets and market trends.
  • Data Management: Ensure product data information in the ERP is complete and accurate.
  • Risk Mitigation: Analyze and mitigate risks in the supply chain, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
  • Reporting: Generate data-driven reports for management review.
  • Other related activities:
  1. Support the industrialization of SENSIA products.
  2. Support the manufacturing processes to ensure a high-quality production.
Your profile
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge:
  • 1-3 years of experience in any of the following fields would be a plus.
  • Materials planning, procurement.
  • Supply chain management.
  • Quality in manufacturing operations.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • MS Office Suite.
  • English: B2.
Soft skills:
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
